3.1 Product Range

However, slight variations in color, grain, or texture may occur in natural materials, and these are not considered defects but characteristics of quality craftsmanship.

3.2 Custom & Non-Returnable Items

Due to their personalized nature, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Cut-to-Size or Custom-Trimmed Products: Any Molding & Millwork, Ceiling Tiles, or Building Materials altered to specific customer dimensions.
• Opened or Used Hardware Kits: Door Hardware & Components or Barn & Hanging Door Hardware with broken seals, missing parts, or signs of installation attempts.
• Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.

3.3 Service Region

We ship globally but currently cannot serve customers in Asia or certain remote regions due to logistical constraints. By placing an order, you confirm your delivery address is within our serviceable area.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD (US Dollars). We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your payment is processed securely at checkout. You authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Eligibility Window: Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be in original, unused, uninstalled condition with all packaging, manuals, and hardware intact.

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we approve the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
